When you say we need this and this and this in the larger context of a new approach, you are suggesting those were absent before. I am VERY proud to hear you confirm what the rest of us have believed for the past few years. Now I think you need to brush up your resume just in case you get called to your boss' office. On and by the way... why are you discussing politics at a Human Capital Development seminar, regardless of who called/organised it?
